The Revival You Need
In a recent social media fast, I got to experience what life was like without scrolling each night. Here's my experience:
A bit of FOMO: I enjoy sharing humorous reels with friends, being in the know of what's going on with Z-list celebs, and knowing about community events happening locally.
What Ifs: The anxiety about losing engagement with the podcast or other business endeavors would uptick every now and again.
Net Positive: Did I miss it overall? Not really. I got my focus back and felt like I could think clearly again.
Subtracting something that sucks my focus, energy, and creates emotional swings from humor to anxiety, helped to audit how I want to spend my time. It felt like a revival I didn't know I needed.
Here's my question to you: What's the revival you need? Where are you spending your time that could use an audit? Since it's spring and the longer days of sunshine plus warmer weather create an uptick in serotonin, how do you want to capitalize on a spring revival?
